About this item
Ascentis® Express PAH is a non endcapped C18 bonded phase with a proprietary manufacturing process designed on proven Fused-Core® technology to provide a fast and efficient separation of PAH compounds.
- 2,7 µm Fused-Core® particles provide reliable and highly efficient separations and lower column back pressure compared to sub 2 µm particles
- Excellent suitability for UV, fluorescence and MS detection
- Application-related lot analysis and single column performance testing
Ascentis® Express PAH is a high speed, high performance liquid chromatography column based on the proven Fused-Core® particle design. The Fused-Core® particle provides a thin, porous shell of high purity silica surrounding a solid silica core. This particle design exhibits very high column efficiency due to the shallow diffusion paths in the 0,5 μm thick, porous shell, and the small overall particle size of 2,7 μm. The non endcapped tri-functional C18 stationary phase of Ascentis® Express PAH provides a stable, reversed-phase packing that can be used for analysis of acids, bases and zwitterionic compounds, it has also been specifically designed for the separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
