About this item

HyClone™ PF-CHO LS and PF-CHO MPS media are designed to support the DHFR selection/amplification system. They have been successfully tested in a variety of cell culture systems, including T-flasks, spinner flasks, and bioreactors. PF-CHO MPS media is the powder version of PF-CHO LS media.

HyClone™ PF-CHO LS and PF-CHO MPS media are ideally suited for the cost-effective manufacture of recombinant proteins for academic and industrial applications, genomics and proteomics, in vitro diagnostics, drug target screening and validation, and manufacturing of pre-clinical lots.
