Electrode, Petri Pulser™
Electrodes Electroporation Electrodes
The Petri Pulser™ electrode is a reusable electroporation applicator designed to fit into each single well of a 6-well plate or an individual 35 mm diameter Petri dish. It is suitable for the electroporation of adherent cells in situ or as an alternative to cuvette electroporation for larger cell suspensions volumes.

  • Electrode assembly embedded in a polyurethane holder with high voltage electrode cables
  • Electrodes are gold plated and designed to maximise the surface area of electroporation
  • Easy to use: Users simply need to add the exogenous molecule of interest into the electroporation buffer
  • Petri Pulser™ can be used with most BTX Generators
  • Applicator may be cleaned with mild detergent, electrodes may be sterilised with ethanol and dried with acetone

Typical applications may include mammalian cell transfections, gene therapy, protein or drug delivery and plant/yeast applications.
